We
have a tremendous Attorney position with an outstanding client outside the Twin Cities. Due to growth, the role was created
to help the firm achieve its future growth and ensure client service is second to none.
Our client is dedicated
to meeting the needs of businesses and individuals. We are a law firm that handles complex cases worth hundreds of millions
of dollars, mediates settlements, and negotiates and drafts complex transactional documents. The firm is dedicated to the
Midwest Region and has been in business for over 50 years.
The main areas of this role are Corporate and transactional work.
This will help firm’s growing corporate and transactional practice; substantial experience with commercial loan
and transaction documentation, business planning and related issues necessary. The ideal candidate will have at 3-6 years
of experience and will possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
The role as the best of both worlds. Tremendous, talented law firm
of over 15 Attorneys at this site, but in a smaller town where cost of living is less and commute can be in minutes.
